Tried to cash in my check from my employer and was denied. (I’m a non member) They said I needed two forms of identification which I have social, and drivers license. They said my DL was valid but not my social. I’m confused because that’s a form of ID anywhere. An employee told me to bring in my health insurance card because it has my name on it and they said they couldn’t take it. They said a credit or debit card with my name on it would work which I don’t have. Why would I be trying to cash in a check if I had a bank account. Overall they made it impossible to cash in my check as a non member. They recommended I open an account since the only forms of ID I had were social and drivers license. Apparently to open an account a social is accepted but not to cash in a check. Manager kept saying she’d love to cash in my check but made it impossible. My only other option was to go to western union and they took a percentage off my check thank you BMO

I had a terrible experience at this bank. I am handicap and on disability. I came today to cash in my Social Security check because I have bills that are due. And they denied me and held me up,made me fill out two separate slips for Withdraw. And I was still denied, then to ask me questions, and more proof of identification. They then tell me I have no money on my card , and I literally show them my balance. Where there is definitely money shown on my card . I have never gone to a bank and was denied ever in my life. This is government funded money. Then I go to Bank of America down the street , and they educated me and told me they should’ve never denied me. And they helped me out right away.!

I have to go to the bank regularly since I don’t have direct deposit. Each time I go, I look forward to my interactions with the cashier Maritza.(I am disappointed when she’s not on shift.)She always has a great demeanor and a positive attitude. She makes banking with BMO an easy process since she is so knowledgeable.

The worst service of all time and of all banks.
There is never anyone to help solve any problem with the account, they don't know, they don't have enough information about the same company they work for and to answer the phone it takes hours waiting for a response...literally whole hours I have had to wait... ..

Their ATMs withdraw bad and broken money. The truth is, if you are going to withdraw money, withdraw it from another bank.

Very very unprofessional, went 3 times no manager, then set an appointment to speak with manager, when I got there she was on lunch! Ask me to scan documents and email them back to her, never heard anything!

Overall let me just start by saying if you are African-American this is not the branch for you. I went there & I was treated very unfairly and very poorly. The staff there are so unprofessional and need to go back to training.

Phone says it closes at 1 pm drive thru when I get here 1230 and it's closed! Also fix First Lane closed sign in drive thru ur a bank u have all the money all the power to have things ? done! ATM no withdrawals too a waste of time coming to this Bank!

Best employees ever. I make pretty big deposits a couple times a week and at times I’m short or over. They are always all so nice, I don’t get the whole “for these amounts you need to come in” and I appreciate that because I normally have my baby with me and rather stay in the car in bad weather.
