I have to go to the bank regularly since I don’t have direct deposit. Each time I go, I look forward to my interactions with the cashier Maritza.(I am disappointed when she’s not on shift.)She always has a great demeanor and a positive attitude. She makes banking with BMO an easy process since she is so knowledgeable.

Very very unprofessional, went 3 times no manager, then set an appointment to speak with manager, when I got there she was on lunch! Ask me to scan documents and email them back to her, never heard anything!

Overall let me just start by saying if you are African-American this is not the branch for you. I went there & I was treated very unfairly and very poorly. The staff there are so unprofessional and need to go back to training.
