“The lab is always easy to get into and quick/efficient, and the nurses in there are always super nice! The Doctors are great. I find I am most likely to get a response via email (portal) than by calling in to leave messages due to the front desk staff being less than accommodating, usually in a hurry, annoyed and not always willing to help! The front desk, in my opinion, is the FACE and VOICE of a practice, and they need to do better! However, once you get through, the Doctors and Nurses are pretty wonderful! I would suggest setting up a portal and using online communication & avoiding the desk. I absolutely love Dr. Momin and appreciate her listening and understanding.”
“I am very impressed with Lindsey Ashley, PA and staff (Athena? I didn’t catch all names). I had an appointment and was 15 mins late as I had a hard time finding parking, but I was still seen immediately. I have a foot injury so I was taken for some x-rays and was provided an ace bandage and shoe bootie once they determined I had no broken bones/ fractures. I was provided a referral to a podiatrist should my symptoms not improve and the podiatrist called me the following day to schedule the appointment. I was in and out within an hour and my results were posted to the portal by the time I got home. The staff was friendly but more important, super efficient. Thank you very much.”

He pulled up a document to show me the risks, then presented me with several options.Giving me that autonomy was so indicative of who Doctor Salcedo is.This educated, patient-centered man never dismisses my concerns and takes me seriously. Women know that it can be hard to find a doctor who doesn't dismiss pain, fatigue, or mental health issues. He investes and empowers me with information and choices.His diligence and attention to detail has caught something important another doctor missed. He remembers things I say.The nurses and front desk staff are patient, empathetic, and professional. “I went here for the first time. Everyone from the time I walked in until the time I walked out was fantastic. I had a medical evaluation, x-rays, they followed up with me on what they found. They gave me a result of the x-rays on a disk and sent the results and the x-rays to my primary care physician. I highly recommend them.”

Dr. Wang is a wonderful doctor, very professional, responsible and genuinely kind with his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone!! Also, the entire stuff was very friendly and professional. “This office is amazing. All of the Dr’s and PA’s get to know you. Appointments are easily available and they offer telehealth and in person appointments. Not sure why previous reviews show wait times to be long, there has never been a long wait for us to see the Dr’s. Test results are also a quick turnaround. The staff at the front desk have always been pleasant.”

“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”
“Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared. I am thrilled about this visit. If I ever have a need for urgent care, I'll be back and I home Jenice is stil there.”
