In addition, I really appreciated the ability to pick out a vase from a variety of styles to complement the recipients’ style and decor instead of the standard glass vase. I ordered express flowers to be delivered the next day; I had to have them cancelled although they were set to arrive in ten minutes, not only did they stop the order from being delivered, they gave me a full refund, which I was not expecting, nor did they have to do. During trying times, it's really special when you're extended unnecessary kindness. Little things truly matter. I would usually say it cost nothing to be kind, but in this case it did, and I was still extended grace. When another occasion arises that flowers may be involved, I will be using them 100%.
