“Hi guys, J’s Quick Fix 2 in Cicero is truly the best tech support spot in the city. This is my fourth visit, and Rigo never disappoints. He previously fixed my iPhone Pro Max cracked screen and other repairs flawlessly. This time, I brought in an iPhone 12 Pro Max gifted by my friend (shoutout to Sid?) for a charging issue, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed additional problems smoothly. Fast turnaround, fair pricing, professional service, and amazing customer care every single time. Highly recommend J’s Quick Fix 2 for all phone repairs and tech support!”

“They turned a bad experience into a wonderful experience, and that is why I love Metro! So this is what happened: I bought a HSI last week, got it home and it was defective, Thursday of course was Thanksgiving, so i had to return first thing Friday morning to drop it off and start a return, absolutely seamless process. I want to thank Krystle, Yessi Noel and Jose for a wonderful experience! That’s how you keep customers!”

“Usually I go to cell phone stores as a last resort because the salesmen are almost always out to squeeze money from you however they could. I say almost because I had the best salesperson I’ve ever come across in Sergio. He was incredibly helpful and upfront about the costs of everything and wasn’t pushy when it came to upselling. I actually walked out spending more than I realized and was totally fine with it! 10/10 customer service from Sergio. Very helpful and kind!”
