Planet Fitness is generally a clean gym where the equipment is kept up to standard and the lockers are clean. The customer service is for the most part really good and the staff is decent. The area with the equipment is usually well kept in regards to cleaning. It provides a welcoming space that is not too crowded at certain times. However, there are several issues. There is not enough equipment, with a need for more dumbbells, smith machines, benches, and mirrors. Some of the machines do not work properly and have not been maintained. The locker and shower areas are not being taken care of well; the showers and their curtains look like they have not been cleaned in years. Many lockers are broken and cannot be locked, which is a security concern. The water fountain has a very odd taste and is not recommended. The overall atmosphere is described as very meh. It is disappointing that these problems have not been fixed.
Yes the Planet Fitness in Cicero was Great!! Felt Very Comfortable there!! No Crowd Gathering!! Plenty equupment always availabe!! Lots of DIVERSIRY!! IT JUST WORKED FOR ME!! HIGH VIBES!!

Parking space fill up fast but the gym itself is sufficient enough for a quick workout. The bathroom was clean... which is a major thing for me!

Solid 8/10 Pros -One of few gyms that remain 24/7 -Machines appear well kept for most part Cons - dumbells cap of at light 75s - tricep machine also not heavy enough - crowded depending on time
