Came in today and was greeted with a good attitude and overall good ambience. Representative Jessica helped me a lot and that’s what I like to see. Her attitude and help shows a lot of leadership and professionalism. I want her superiors to see how of a valuable asset she is to the company.

Every single time I try to do any atm banking it’s out of service. I have a fractured toe at the moment and a baby and the atm is my go to, however I t’s hard to always work on their schedule because it’s ALWAYS “temporarily” unavailable . I had banked with other banks and NEVER had this much of an inconvenience.

You could have a great or not so great experience depending on who is looking after you. The individual who assists me at the door is always really kind and helps me with my problems.
