The lady in the office is super nice and friendly. The storage facility itself has a very weird smell. I found a dead mouse in my unit. There are many units there that are used to store food products, not sure if that causes the rodents….

The manager Laquisha, is an excellent and amazing worker. She always goes above and beyond, and is very diligent in performing her job duties. She is always polite and courteous in helping customers, and is deserving of a raise.
