“Awesome first time experience, staff were super nice and helped out, carts were in the correct spot with easy to access and facility was clean! Definitely recommend storing with them.”
“I always have a good time chatting with Trevor Cunningham. He is a hard working, respectful individual and is a boss at customer service, 5 stars everytime I have an encounter with him. Hope you have a good day sir!”
“A friend advised me to buy a room because I can't fit everything in my room anymore. Thanks to him, good advice, there's a lot of free space in the apartment now.”
“Where can I begin to speak about this specific property manager!! Soby is TOP TIER-- consistent communication and great attitude. Despite the fact that she is, unfortunately, not my property manager she has done everything she can to give me any help I have ever needed with my unit and payment concerns.
Through my frustration and disappointment with my property manager on 7000 S Cicero, somehow, she is WAY MORE helpful and has done more for me than she should be doing for someone else's responsibility (yes, shade to my property manager).
Soby always helps me with everything I have ever needed and always maintains a positive attitude + gives me relief with whatever I come burdened with. Every time I leave a voicemail, I KNOW she will call me back!! She makes the time, is very patient, and always reassures me that she will do what she can and always does.
Cannot express my gratitude enough for Soby, truly she has made every step of my process with Public Storage a breeze and on top of all that, she still is the kindest and most understanding person to speak with. 100/10, FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH. Please give Soby a raise!!!”
“Columbia Driving School. We are commercial driving school in Chicago.
Having very bad experience with other companies finally we decided to rent toilet for our training range from National Construction Rentals in Cicero, IL.
It was one year ago. Since that toilet is always clean and refreshed.
Thanks National. Thanks Julia and David, girls in the office and cleaning people.
Hardly recommend National!”
“I truly appreciate the man that was on the phone and the manager Lisa, thank you guys for being understanding truly. I’ve always rented from you guys, and I will continue in future, thank you ??”
