“Came here as an emergency because I got a flat tire. I am not from the area and was very lost. I walked in not a Sam’s club member, so I was hesitant if they would help. The door attendant pointed me to the tire department. I explained the situation and asked if they could just put the spare on if they didn’t have tires in stock. I came in around 5pm and they closed at 7pm and I could tell they were busy. The worker said they could do it just would take a while. I didn’t mind as they were doing me a favor. He asked for my membership number and I said I didn’t have one. He said I needed to be a member for them to put on the donut. I was like ..really are you serious…but again I was in a bind and needed it done so I purchased the membership. I thought he would charge me as well for the labor of putting on the donut, but he didn’t. I guess it does make sense. If I was already a member it would have been free. The memberships only $50 so I didn’t mind paying. I walked around the store and got food from the cafe, and by that time my car was done. I appreciate them greatly because I was going to change the tire myself, but because of their kindness they made my night a little less stressful. Thank you.”
