She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. “I had my wedding dress cleaned here for my 25th wedding anniversary so I could wear it again and they cleaned it and made it look brand new like the day I wore it the first time I was in shock!I also had a beautiful red dress taken in and had some other changes and she did a fantastic job.The price for both was a lot less than I expected and the time frame was less than a week!I recommend them all the timeServices: Wedding gown cleaning”

“I’ve always enjoyed the service over at Hoff cleaners. Chris makes it fun with a good sense of humor. He’s right on time with getting the clothes ready right when you need it. He has done a lot with conjuring to the downtown Downers Grove community as well. I recommend going to get your clothes, clean there because you’ll get great service but also you won’t have to wait!”
“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”
“Wow, really impressed. I popped in to see if they did alterations to fix a small tear on my jacket. She took it immediately and put in a temporary patch so I can have my jacket for the weekend. She told me this was only a temporary fix that she didn't charge for and advised me to bring it back to be fixed correctly. A small act of kindness really goes a long way, will definitely be returning.”

“LOVE Smart Wash! I’ve been using their wash and fold service for over 5 years as my apartment building doesn’t supply decent washer/dryers. I come every week and have the best experience. Clothes is always clean same day and folded beautifully I just need to put them away when I get home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I usually see Amalia who is amazing since I drop my clothes off the same day every week but the whole team is great!”

“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”

Dryers take a couple cycles to completely dry but other than that good facility.”

“My experience was nice. Although reading other customers reviews does say a lot about customers service with many public agencies . I personally feel that, if you do not have the patience to work with the public, then do not take the position. That attitude can cause an establishment loss of customers. It is sad that service has come to insensitivity or almost robotics stage in humanity.”
