“Went here yesterday for passport services and came away pleasantly surprised. First off, the building itself is pretty cool—nice bonus. The staff were genuinely helpful from the start. They walked us through the documents, helped take the passport photo, and handled everything with a friendly, easygoing attitude.
The whole process was quick and smooth. She clearly explained what happens next and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left. No confusion, no hassle.
I’ll be honest—I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Everything felt well-run and efficient. Would definitely recommend.”
“After having only lived in Westchester for a couple of years, I can happily state that this Post Office has the most helpful employees. “I had an extraordinary experience in customer service excellence because of a clerk #13 by the name of Sharon‼️ I came in literally right before closing and she was very busy working however, greeted me with professionalism, care, friendliness and patience as she helped me with my package and it was basically near closing time! Sharon stopped what she was doing to assist me and I saw her also multitasking greeting others with the same grace at the “9th hour,” if you will‼️ She anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations in a matter of minutes‼️
I have gone to other post office and haven’t had such a great experience because of customer service excellence in clerk 13, Sharon‼️

He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!”

I always have a wonderful experience at this post office, thanks to Tim. He is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome.
One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference.
He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!”

“This is my favorite post office, Tiffany & David are the best & have gone over & beyond since I began mailing my packages from here in 2020. I sell & ship rare plants & they've always gotten to their destination when I mail from this post office. I've had issues at other locations but this one has consistently followed through & been super nice. I'll always come here & am grateful for them!”
“I purchased online and felt scammed since there was no clear email so I called the 127 Annex and Joe picked up.
Tone was calm, he was patient and polite.
I didn’t have a tracking number but he still checked my mails and upon returning I had the number.
Joe checked several times and found out the carrier has my package to be delivered.

“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the USPS today thanks to Donae! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude, which honestly made such a difference. She helped me with a return, walked me through certifying a piece of mail, and even took the time to schedule my passport appointment.
What really stood out to me was her patience and kindness. At other locations, I’ve sometimes felt rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience, but with Donae, it was the complete opposite. She made everything simple, efficient, and pleasant and I truly left feeling grateful for her help.

“I love this post office. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to show me a less costly rate and explain the details. I live in Lombard and the staff there are rude and never friendly or helpful. When asked a question their faces show a look of disgust and then a sign; like I'm bothering them”
“I never been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop in and send my package. Customer Service was nice. Clerks were very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with the ignorance of a rude customer. While waiting in line, I witnessed a customer be very rude to the clerk in which she didn’t raise her voice or stoop to the customer’s level. I’m very impressed on how the cashier handled the situation. There are some extremely obnoxious people in the world and love to come and ruin the happiness of others. Some people are angry without cause. I will definitely come back to this post office.”
“I use this location very often for an online selling business. Usually if the there is a long line I will just drop my letters off in the parcel box. But if there is no line I love handing my package off and getting to see the workers. They are super kind and friendly. A lot of people say there is never anyone there, but this location has a terrible management team. They usually only have one person working at a time, and if you have to use the bathroom or do something then there will be nobody manning the counter. I still like this location. Only ever had one issue and it was mostly my fault.”
