Came here to get my passport. Darius was the one who “helped” my daughter and I. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the customer service of th staff here.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional. One of the men was extremely arrogant and acted like he was above everyone. They seriously need to train their staff to be more friendly and respectful toward customers.
