“Excellent jewelry store and the jewelry consultants are amazing! Michelle was my consultant. I first came in when my mom passed and I had some jewelry to sell. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and sorrowful for our loss. She took uninterrupted time with me to make some tough decisions.
I just left there again as I had my mother's ring remade into a mother and grandmothers ring. We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. “Jared has been with us through every life event!! My husband custom made my engagement ring here, i got his wedding band here as well as my own, and we get all our resizing done here too! The staff is so so wonderful every-time we come in! They are always so lovely and kind to not only me but my daughter too! Sometimes I’m hesitant to visit high end stores because me and my husband don’t dress very “high-end” (many tattoos, usually in sweats and a tshirt) but they are always so welcoming and kind! Today we came in to get my ring resized again along with some changes and they absolutely showered my baby girl with love! “Brought my Moms 30 plus year wall mount Grandfather clock in to have it repaired and Kerry was absolutely amazing and sooo helpful.
She brought it to the back room to asses the issue a few minutes later she came out and said I need to test it to make sure it’s fixed.
I thought this was going to be an ordeal and needed to leave it for diagnose and or repair.
Five minutes later she brought Moms clock out of the back room and said your all set.
I was and still am amazed at her wonderful attitude and her ability to repair it in a few minutes.
While I was waiting two different associates asked if I needed anything and the store is immaculate and has a large inventory. There is something for everyone.
The price was right!
