“6 months after buying my car from them I started to have some issues with my AWD system. Luckily, Bastian’s Autos purchasing contract included a warranty. I let them know and they got me into their shop just days later for a diagnosis and immediately got to work on utilizing my warranty and getting my repairs approved. Some custom parts had to be ordered but as soon as they were in I was notified and they got it handled right away. The process was smooth and speedy. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a car dealer before! If you are going to buy a vehicle, you should consider getting it from here!”

“I had to take my pick-up truck in yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving) to Kimberly Car City in Davenport for a broken license plate light. I only had a single day which I could take the truck in and had an appointment at 10:00 am. The Service Department was a beehive of activity with it being before a holiday weekend and a winter storm coming through. Yet the staff at Kimberly Car City was pleasant, efficient and took care of me as if I were the only customer in the shop that day. Kudos to Jennifer Moses and her crew! I was in and out in less than two hours and they even covered the repair under warranty. The customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated. You have a customer here for life!”

“They saved my Thanksgiving. My car’s fuel pump failed during my trip from west central Iowa to Chicago. They were the only auto repair shop that was willing to look at my car a day before Thanksgiving. They also recommended Sharpe Towing which also offered fantastic service. The office staff were extremely helpful, personable and friendly. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and fixed the car within hours of it being towed in. I wish that they were close to where I live as they would be the only shop that I would go to. I would highly recommend them.”

“Susie and Terry are nothing short of outstanding ! The Customer Service is the best ! My GMC Sierra had a horrible "shudder" and the local GMC Dealership said they could fix it for about $3,000 bucks. The Service Manager was nice enough to pull me aside and suggest I go to Moline Transmission. Seemed like Susie knew the issue before I walked in the door. lol.
Terry and I went out for a test drive and it was obvious he knew all about the GM/GMC "shudder". He suggested a fluid and filter change as per the GMC bulletin and what do you know ?!! Jackpot ! The perfect repair for under 500 dollars vs the dealerships 3 grand !
I HIGHLY recommend Moline Transmission to everybody who doesn't want to get screwed by the local GMC Dealership.

“Campos is a great place to have your vehicle serviced at. On the day that I stopped by to make my appointment, one of their mechanics took the time to look at the problem that I was having with the climate control on the driver's side. Most repair shops don't show that kind of attention, so this really impressed me! On the day of the appointment, they said it would likely be ready the next day, which was fine. However, they actually had my car ready that day, and that really impressed me. I will definitely call on them next time, and I highly recommend them, they're great!”
