I was at AT&T today and Jay and Jazlynn were amazing. Have been at this AT&T and Collinsville many many times, and never been satisfied. Always I had to go to Edwardsville. but I was in a hurry, so I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. AT&T, you have done a great job of getting rid of the bad apples and Collinsville, and putting in a great team these two have helped me beyond belief. Offered to go the extra mile if I have any questions to come back, I am just so impressed. I cannot tell you feel free to get in touch with me anytime. I’ll be glad to tell you more about these. Great employees you have.

I came in this morning to switch phone companies. Jazlyn was extremely helpful and even helped me get a first responder discount I had no idea I could get. Will definitely come back to this location for any of my needs or concerns in the future.

I recently traded in my iPhone 11 (i know very outdated) for the 15 promax. I had the pleasure of working with Jazzy and she made the entire process stress free! She answered all my questions and explained everything to me so i knew EXACTLY what i was doing and why we were doing certain things! Loved her energy!!!! Thank you again girl!

I came in & got service on a watch from Jazlyn, the transaction with smooth.. my watch was fine, then i get home & the service is acting up.. then i remember Jazlyn had gave me her number if i had any questions or concerns.. text her, she say i can come in the next day & she assisted me with no problem, probably took abt 45 minutes but she got it done. very satisfied & i know who to call

Best experience ever at an AT&T store. Jazlyn was the best. She’s personable, polite, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you sooo much for all your help. You are definitely an asset to that store. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll be sure to bring Sophie and The Bean by to see you again.

Yesterday my Boyfriend and I were looking into switching phones companies. William and Ryan worked incredibly hard to be able to help us switch! We were able to trade in our old phones and that helped out! They were very patient and nice while helping us!! Will definitely be recommending your Collinsville location to my friends and family! Thanks so much for an awesome experience! ?

I was first in line at the store at 10am on Sunday. The customer service rep in store could not assist me and could not replace my SIM card since no manager on site and then at 1015am asked me and many other customers to leave the store as he closed it until the manager arrived at 1045am. Terrible customer service.

We normally had very helpful people at this store. Last week I went in to inquire about an upgrade on my phone. The person working told me to come in today for best deals. When I went today the same employee was there, but no other worker After sitting there for awhile I had to leave. I went back this afternoon and only one worker there. After the only other customer left I went over to him for help. He went to sit down and told me it would be awhile before he could help me. There was no one else in the store. When I asked his name he took his name tag off so I could not see it. Where are the helpful employees that used to work there. I doubt that his name was Ken as he told me a name.

The wait was just too long and I wasn’t the only one waiting so long. Also I feel the reps need to be more knowledgeable. Google isn’t the answer I wanted to hear.

Tony Powers is the man. He didn’t pressure us. Answered all our questions and took his time explaining everything to us. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH FOR THIS GUY!!!
