“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.

“I stopped there with my 1984 Monte Carlo to get the error codes read as I got a check engine light on the way down from Chicago. Since I have an OBD1 on the Monte, the scanner would not work. Luis took it upon himself to research how to read the codes from the OBD1 port without the scanner. It said I was having a running rich condition, a bad 02 possibly, so I felt comfortable driving back home. No other auto place in town took such an initiative. Luis is a Great asset to the Advance Auto Corporation and made me a lifelong customer ! Thank you Luis !!!”

“I had an incident on July 1 and took my 2025 Kia K5 to Steve’s Auto Body for a third (and hopefully final) estimate. Justin conducted the estimate and was by far the most thorough. He took time to explain what would need to be done to make my car look brand new again, was honest on what to expect, and answered all of our questions/concerns. We got the estimate for repair on Thursday, July 9th and they were able to fit me in as soon as the following Monday, July 13th at 8am. They sent a link that had all estimate and repair updates. I was under the impression they wouldn’t be done until July 29th. By Thursday morning, July 16 I got an update that my car would be ready by end of day or tomorrow morning and that they would call when ready. It was ready by 2pm that day. They had to replace the bumper and blind spot sensors then recalibrate all of those electronics. As promised, the car looks brand new again. Their facility in collinsville is very nice and new on the inside. They made it easy with my insurance company, State Farm and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing collision damage repair.”

“Needed touch up paint for my new boat. The boat place had touch up but it did not match at all. Too light. So I went to Napa.

Bud in the paint department came outside. Took a picture of my paint with a special camera and made me touch up paint. The paint is exact. You cannot even see where I touched up!!

Absolutely amazing customer service from Bud. He went above and beyond for me trying to cross the factory paint code but no luck so he suggested the camera way. Thanks so much Bud, you rock!”
