“Krissy & Alva!!! What a DUO!! Walking into Caliber Collisions in Maryville, you pretty much forget what you are there for once you meet Alva! When I walked in for the 1st time, Alva was concerned about the way I was swinging my grandbabies carseat, until I told her that it was empty. We both had a great laugh after that and started talking about family. Once that conversation hit off, we both realized that we better get to talking about why I was there....haha..... From the in-person visits to the phone calls, Alva felt like family & I love her for that! Now it was time for Alva to turn me over to Krissy! OMG!!! From talking to her for rhe 1st time, in between time and the end, Krissy made sure that I did not miss a beat with the updates in regards to my vehicle. If I missed her call due to being in Court, she would immediately text me. Now who does that? Krissy, that's who!! Krissy made sure that whatever I needed, she was just a phone call or text away. Like I said before, these two ladies are a MAGNIFICENT DUO!!! I didn't get to me to meet who actually made my baby (CX-9) look brand new, but I thank them as well. Awesome job!! Brandien was awesome, very approachable and knowledgeable. No upselling, no surly attitude, very patient and explained the future maintenance of my hybrid in a very understandable way. Kudos to him! He deserves a raise!

“Bought my second car from Jack Schmitt. This one was a little less exciting than the C8 Stingray I bought 4 years ago, a 2026 Equinox. Went back to Tim Schuhardt who sold me that 'vette. I went back to him for a reason - a good sales rep who understands that we were establishing a relationship when he sold me the last car and it paid off! I would definitely go back to Jack Schmitt especially if I can get Tim to sell me my next car. I strongly recommend you ask for Tim if you go there to buy your car!”

“A&B Auto Body is simply the best body shop I have ever dealt with. Honest and very straight forward with the customer and always looking for ways to save the customer money. I just had a tail gate repaired that lost its spring opening device. Called in Wednesday dropped it off on Thursday 8am and it was done by 9am and ended up costing me 1/2 of what I expected due to not needing to replace the entire mechanism. They could have replaced everything taking more labor and more parts but they were respectful and did not elect to do things that were not necessary.”

“I stopped there with my 1984 Monte Carlo to get the error codes read as I got a check engine light on the way down from Chicago. Since I have an OBD1 on the Monte, the scanner would not work. Luis took it upon himself to research how to read the codes from the OBD1 port without the scanner. It said I was having a running rich condition, a bad 02 possibly, so I felt comfortable driving back home. No other auto place in town took such an initiative. Luis is a Great asset to the Advance Auto Corporation and made me a lifelong customer ! Thank you Luis !!!”

“I’ve been coming to orchard auto/VP for years now…if I’m never in need of quick gas (aka too lazy to pump or in a rush) I’ve always stopped by and they’ve greeted me with nothing but smiles. Have always loved that they were the only ones in town who do still do full service. Today I went to a pretty “well known” place in town( next to subway on Beltline…lol ) to get a price check on my brakes. 1100$!! I decided to check with Steve and his workers and it was WAY cheaper…. Like WAY. I was legit about to get ripped off and Steve saved me hundreds of dollars and I’m SO grateful. Not only did they help with a ride home but they also got it done very quickly. Customer service is truly on par here… and after today I will never go elsewhere for my car. So thank you so much kail and Steve for putting in the work and not charging me an arm and a leg.

But for real check your prices when going places to get things fixed esp being a female by yourself.

“I had an incident on July 1 and took my 2025 Kia K5 to Steve’s Auto Body for a third (and hopefully final) estimate. Justin conducted the estimate and was by far the most thorough. He took time to explain what would need to be done to make my car look brand new again, was honest on what to expect, and answered all of our questions/concerns. We got the estimate for repair on Thursday, July 9th and they were able to fit me in as soon as the following Monday, July 13th at 8am. They sent a link that had all estimate and repair updates. I was under the impression they wouldn’t be done until July 29th. By Thursday morning, July 16 I got an update that my car would be ready by end of day or tomorrow morning and that they would call when ready. It was ready by 2pm that day. They had to replace the bumper and blind spot sensors then recalibrate all of those electronics. As promised, the car looks brand new again. Their facility in collinsville is very nice and new on the inside. They made it easy with my insurance company, State Farm and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I would definitely recommend this auto body shop to anyone needing collision damage repair.”
