My package was supposed to be delivered today but however I can’t track my package because it shows that it arrived in champagne Illinois and I was supposed to receive my package today but now my package seems to be lost and I’m not ever going to use fedex again and I highly recommend not using fedex unless you want them to lose your package

This office does not receive any packages hold for pickup. This is a SHIP center only, I know the website says it's an office but it is not.

This is not a complaint about this particular office this is a complaint about calling the 800 number for FedEx you cannot get a human being to talk to you you get a robot to talk to you and finally just hang up once the robot is completed going through the logic tree of trying to come up with the reason you called I called four times in 15 minutes and it finally hung up on me each time I never got to talk to a person I found no way on their website to communicate with a human being. Choose UPS. Or the post office or DHL.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with FedEx out of Collinsville, Illinois, regarding a meticulously arranged delivery. To my delight, I received an email from FedEx saying my package would be gracing my doorstep between 12:10 PM and 2:10 PM, accompanied by a reminder that a signature would be essential. But much to my amusement, the driver decided to drop by at 10:00 AM—two whole hours ahead of schedule!
Naturally, since I was out savoring my free time, the delivery couldn't proceed. Shortly thereafter, I was honored with an email boldly claiming that the driver had arrived at the promised time, completely ignoring the previous communication.
When I reached out to the Collinsville delivery center and the ever-so-helpful FedEx customer service to seek clarity, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The representatives were so obliging and friendly, making sure to completely overlook any admission of their mistake.
Instead of feeling frustrated, I was simply overjoyed by their dismissive attitude, which only added to my amusement. Thanks to this delightful mix-up with the delivery time and the sparkly accountability from customer service, my package decided to take an extra day of vacation.
Clearly, FedEx has absolutely no need to bother improving its communication systems or the demeanor of its customer service representatives. As a cherished customer, I fully relish the unpredictability of delivery times and the charmingly unprofessional interactions when hiccups occur.
This experience was nothing short of a joy, and I simply can’t wait to see how FedEx entertains me further in the future.

Set on my porch from 10 AM. Until 12:30 AM waiting for a package guarantee delivered today. Finally, call the 800 number gave 'em the tracking number. It was told attempt of delivery was made. I am here to swear under oath, an affirmation. I have been setting on my porch. No fedex driver has so much as driven down my road, lelone attempted to make a delivery.
So now, according to the website, I can pick up my package in collinsville, illinois.However, the man on the phone, the representative told me to stand by.They will attempt to make delivery again today.
So I tip to call Collinsville, you cannot get ahold of collinsville's phone number. No, you get the 18 hundred number.That takes me all the way back to where I started..
In the past, when I had missed delivery, a little love letter was left, indicating that they had showed up n. Couldn't make delivery. I have no letter. I sat on the porch, waiting for the delivery person. Nobody showed up.However, they claim the attempt was made..
I will never use FedEx again of my own accord. I do not appreciate being manipulated or lied to.

The absolute worst distribution center. constantly fail to properly update tracking info, causing infuriating circumstances. Out of 3 packages I've had come through here only one was properly delivered without too much hassle. Too bad I can't choose what company ships with who because I shure wouldn't choose FedEx at this point.

This is the worst interaction ive ever had with a package being delivered. My package requires a signature So the driver MUST KNOCK! Whats this driver do?! He takes his middle knuckle AND TAPS, I REPEAT, TAPS TWICE AND INSTANTLY WALKS AWAY! There is no defending this guy. Why? BECAUSE I CAUGHT HIM ON MY HOME SECURITY CAMERAS! He knocked so lightly that i couldn't hear him while on sitting on the couch NEXT TO MY FRONT DOOR! Im beyond pissed off. The delivery time said my package would be delivered between the hours of 12 noon - 2pm. This guy shows up AN HOUR EARLY! So, not only did he not knock but he didnt come at the specified time. Now my package has a time range of 8am to 8pm?! You guys couldnt get it right while i was sitting here waiting the first time. Now i gotta sit by my front door like a hawk for 12 damn hours to ensure i get my package?! Ill NEVER use your services again after this!

Wasn’t the place but a FedEx employee in a van. Went to Casey’s to get gas and the place is packed and people are waiting for gas. Here’s the FedEx guy just sitting in his truck while people are waiting. Not getting gas cause I assume that truck is diesel which Casey’s doesn’t do in Collinsville. Took 3 people to get out and start yelling at him to move before he left. Truly amazing the stupidity and lack of concern he showed. Just imagine him delivering your packages.
