“Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. She happily greeted us both times we were there. :) Thank you for your friendly customer service.”

“Everyone at the Clip Joint is so wonderful and obviously cares about the dogs they take care of. I have a dog who is reluctant to interact with people, but after taking her a few times she happily went back with her groomer. She always smelled and looked amazing when I picked her up. They took the time to tell me about any concerning skin/hair issues they saw. The employees are knowledgeable about specific breed needs, so every dog gets the groom that makes the most sense for them. Their prices are extremely fair for the attention and quality of service you get. I took my dog here for 5 years and they consistently gave her a lot of love and wonderful haircuts, and I can’t recommend them enough.”

“House of Phideau is amazing: the ladies are funny and kind and they do a FABULOUS job with my 2 dogs who do not like their faces or feet touched. It is easy to make appointments and their communication is also excellent. I am so happy that I found them and that my dogs rush inside instead of fighting me when they realize where they are. “I don’t visit there often due to I live close to Festus,Mo.and I will drive there ,they are friendly ,helpful ,polite ,and I will drive the extra miles to get great customer service ,they also have popcorn for the customers just like Buchheit used to .I had a return and I had my receipt and I had no problems they are great and there is a Walmart real close to Rural King and it’s a huge store ,and yes I give them 10 stars !”

“I came to get a ball python, they helped me get everything I needed and answered all my questions. When we were checking out, I was accidentally overcharged and they made it right with me right away, they were very patient. I do not do well with social stress as I am neurodivergent, I started to get choked up annd my tone got really dry, and they really did a good job with me, even with me getting worked up. I appreciate them.”
