“Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. She happily greeted us both times we were there. :) Thank you for your friendly customer service.”

“Our dog was groomer banned from two other groomers and only able to be groomed while unconscious at the vet which is not ideal at all. After Spotlight and Steve worked with her she is able to be bathed and groomed. She is not excessively stressed out and seems happy and calm after the grooming with no medicating or drugging at all. I could not recommend them more.”

“They did a fantastic job with my dog, Jasper's, summer cut and were sweet and gentle with Jasper. They followed my instructions for his grooming and did a superb job getting his undercoat thinned out. Jasper is a 15 year old Corgi/Pom mix. I recommend The Clip Joint 10/10.”

“Just left there 7 o'clock on Monday ask for 4 dozens crickets got about 2 1/2 dozen. Use to be an awesome place now new people aren't giving what we're paying for. I came back in on Monday and everything is good got the crickets.”

“They appear to have pretty much everything you might need for most pet types, but we are setting up an aquarium for a male Betta, and we'd never recommend buying one here. The water in their little Betta bowls was nasty, and several of the fish on display appeared to be half dead.”
