I was finally fed up and asked to get someone else to help me. Reluctantly she asked the manager in duty Steven after I asked several times to call someone else for help. “I took my 2 small dogs to be groomed today . Their books didn't show that I had an appointment but they groomed my dogs any way. They did a fantastic job. My dogs Winston and Teddy were very happy when we picked them up and not stressed. It was their first time at Petsmart. Wonderful staff in all departments. I definitely will be back to have them groomed .”
