“Very easy to work with, nice , professional, down to earth, Dawn kept me informed of what was happening with my car.
It even looked like they cleaned it a bit.
I recommend the Cahokia Carstar.
Insurance paid, so I have no clue if they are over priced or not.my car was in a accident, so multiple things needed repaired”
“Great service and the front counter people are super helpful! Took my car up originally to get an estimate as the other driver wanted to pay out of pocket. They did a free estimate and did it quickly. Once we decided the other party would have to go through insurance, I went to take it up for another estimate. They didn't need to do another estimate, took the car in that day, worked with the other insurance to cover the damages, and kept me updated throughout the process. They also offer a shuttle of sorts to get to the nearest Enterprise or Hertz for a rental car if needed, and then you bring the rental back to Enterprise and get dropped back at Carstar. All of them are super friendly and very helpful, and I would absolutely recommend this auto body shop.”

“Dave is a friendly and professional guy. He had my car on his truck and towed out in minutes. The price was extremely fair and his service was impeccable. He's the only tow I'll ever recommend to anyone!”
“The only mechanic I will ever trust with my car! Fast, reliable, reasonable, they truly go above and beyond here. They have helped me out with my car over 5 times now and I can't thank them enough!”
“Camstar towing is AMAZING!!! He arrived within a reasonable time and communicated very well. He was very attentive to the condition of my car and was very reasonably priced. He was respectful of my broken car, my time, emotions and he was grateful for me patronizing him. I will definitely be using his services again.”

“Super job today Mariah! She pulled up and had me on the road to my mechanic in exceptional time and delivered my truck in time to speak with mechanic about the problem.”
“Alex from the Parts Department provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to assist truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers. Thank you, Alex, for the excellent service—I highly recommend working with him.”
“Like most auto shops these days. It takes a little while to get your vehicle in. I definitely recommend calling ahead. Once in, I can not say enough about Jesse and the team they have there . They treated me in a very professional manner. But yet it still felt like the neighborhood shop. While the vehicle was in for service Jesse and his team. kept me Informed with any updates or issues that occurred. Good people good service.”
“Amazing Company, Had tremendous service from the time of the phone call all the way to picking my car up after the work had been done. Awesome people, Awesome service and they did an amazing job getting the sunroof of my vehicle working perfectly.”

“Brief history: I've known and have been going to Charlie for what seems to be 40 years, (way back when he lived in a mobile home with a detached 3 car garage off Camp Jackson Rd in Cahokia) Always A+ experience doing business with CCC. Took my Sierra in to have them remove the aged & defected body molding off the doors. It was done expeditiously and you cannot even tell, (see picture) that there was ever side molding on it! Very reasonable cost too!”
