“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“Was subjected to a golf-ball sized hail storm during July 2023. Submitted photos to AllState - that's the only way to do it and the resulting estimate was very inaccurate. Charlie's was one of a few body shops that said that they would work with AllState. When dropping off the car, we pointed out some of the inaccuracies in the AllState estimate. Charlie's worked with AllState to generate a supplement claim with all of the problems with the inaccurate estimate. The original estimate (which included replacing the hood and windshield) was on the order of $5500; the final bill was on the order of $11500. The spouse ❤️ the car as returned. I wish we could give 6 ?. We've brought the second hail-damaged car to Charlie's.”

My first experience was with normal services on the 2008 Santa Fe, they didn't up sell me and work was completed in timely manner.The second and third time working with them was when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car, 2 times in less than 3 months. “Our Volvo truck blew a cold air intake hose and no one had it.. was told to call vanguard truck centers n they had a hose with clamps .. they opened early enough for us to make it over there they offered for us to work on it in there parking lot which is very rare these days n they even offered to cut the metal part n got the old part off for him n didn't even take his money when he offered !!! Highly recommend them great people extremely friendly very clean inside and out!! We will definitely be back here again for our next Volvo issue”

“Backed into a post with my van and caused the rear sensor to be knocked out of it's mount. Stopped in for an estimate and someone immediately came out and looked at the damage. I asked if they would give me two estimates one to repair the sensor and one to include the sensor repair and some paint work. As I was paying for this myself I wanted the option to choose the repair cost I wanted to incur. The estimator did this quickly and efficiently stating that two estimates would not be a problem. They just completed the sensor repair and it was done quickly. A pleasant surprise was a car was and the interior vacuumed and dusted. I am going to to need some additional work and this is where I will go and recommend them highly. Everyone was pleasantly friendly and the facility is clean and neat.”
