“I was visiting from out of town and my GMC Acadia started throwing codes and was having temp issues. I pulled into the service area for United and was greeted by 3 very friendly folks. They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Big thanks to them for not throwing a wrench in my travel plans (pun absolutely intended).”
“The employees in Jacksonville took care of my son when he was broken down and stranded 1000 miles from home on the interstate in 100°+ heat. After we got a tow truck to take him to autozone for what we thought would be an easy repair, (it wasn't) an employee got a friend who is a mechanic to help him diagnose and repair his vehicle to get him home as well as give him a ride to get something to eat and take him to a motel. These employees and their friends went above and beyond to help a stranded kid and we feel extremely blessed that he broke down where he did with these amazing people. “Staff are friendly and professional. Repair rates seem pretty standard.Plan ahead. We had to wait several weeks to get in for body work, twice - front and back bumpers, on an older VW. Once they have it, it takes a little while.My car looks beautiful now! Very professional work. They cleaned all the dog hair out of the car interior before we picked it up, and that was an unexpected bonus!I am not sure that repairing headlights is normally part of body work; I just made the assumption that it was. Each time we picked up the car there was a problem with lights. One was a headlight and the second time the tail lights did not work. They were quick to get it in to fix it, but when we picked it up the last time, one marker light doesn’t work. I just let it go, because I wanted to drive the car.I would certainly rely on them again.”
