“I got a Kia k5 and it was my dream car since I was 17, I'm 23 now and I'm loving this car! It's everything I've ever wanted and I was helped so much by Devontay, he was so awesome! We went at first to get a whatever car that could last me a few years. But we ended up seeing this car in the lot and instantly I knew I was getting it. And it was so affordable for such a sick looking car! All thanks to Devontay for being such a help and being so knowledgeable about what would have fit for me and what I needed. We went out and test drove it on I72 and tested out the sport mode (safely of course!) and it was a great time. She's taken me to Denver and Houston countless time and is still going strong months later without even one little problem! Can't speak on all the salesmen but Devontay was a real one! Sorry for waiting so long for the review even tho I promised I'd leave one for you bro ?”

The front desk has always been super kind and helpful making my appointments and giving me options that best work for me. The team has always taken great care of my vehicle and even cleaned it out and washed it as well which is just above and beyond the basic appointment needs. “We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond. “I was visiting from out of town and my GMC Acadia started throwing codes and was having temp issues. I pulled into the service area for United and was greeted by 3 very friendly folks. They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Big thanks to them for not throwing a wrench in my travel plans (pun absolutely intended).”
