I recently purchased a vehicle that ended up having multiple issues shortly after, including overheating problems. Ray was able to diagnose everything and clearly explain what needed to be fixed right away versus what could wait, and was completely transparent about pricing the entire time. In my opinion his rates are extremely reasonable.
What really stood out to me was the communication. I always received calls explaining what was going on, what my options were, and there was never any pressure. He was also incredibly kind, patient, and considerate in answering all of my questions. I never once felt like I was asking something silly, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
He understood how important it was for me to have transportation and accommodatd my needs, which I truly appreciated.

“I appreciate Tom Finch Automotive since I can usually get scheduled in quickly & they stick to their estimated service time, especially when I stay to wait for my car. Their reception staff are friendly & knowledgeable & the mechanics keep an eye open for any issues I may not have noticed or be aware of, like recalls or brake pads wearing thin while rotating tires. And if you want it they wash down your car, too! Overall great service.”

“We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond.
