“Very nice place, kind workers, side drinks and tiny snacks for the wait, Virgil was such a big help in helping me find a good working vehicle and negotiated a price in my range. After 4 years of having a car that didn’t work this place definitely deserves their 5 stars.”
“Everyone I worked with in Sales and finance was very friendly. Nobody was overbearing or pushy. I was able to look at the vehicles I wanted without feeling pressured. Great experience.”
“Jiffy Lube goes above and beyond what is required of them. They are always so polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this place. They are an asset to the community.”

“They did a great job of repairing a dent in the rear quarter panel of my super bird. I am so thankful i decided to bring my car to Gary's and plan on bringing more work to them in the future!”
“Ken saved our bacon! We were traveling from Chicago to KC and noticed a strange noise after making a pit stop in Jacksonville. Ken diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road quickly and for a reasonable price.”
“I appreciate Tom Finch Automotive since I can usually get scheduled in quickly & they stick to their estimated service time, especially when I stay to wait for my car. Their reception staff are friendly & knowledgeable & the mechanics keep an eye open for any issues I may not have noticed or be aware of, like recalls or brake pads wearing thin while rotating tires. And if you want it they wash down your car, too! Overall great service.”

“We were helping our son and his girlfriend move from Denver to Michigan. We had a tire blow out on I-72 about 8 miles from Jacksonville. Dugan was listed as one of the closest tire shops and had overall good reviews. Went there with the spare that happened to also be flat. Dugan quickly changed the tire and offered us a better jack than what we had to use to change out the tire. They were friendly, quick to change the tire and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.Service: Tires”
“My daughter left her bag on the bus a few weeks ago and not only did they find it but they drove it all the way out to our house. Thank you Jacksonville bus garage.”
“Shopping for tires for my Grandson's car and found the best deal at Walmart Auto in Jacksonville Illinois. Tires purchased and installed same day. Great service.”
“My family has now purchased 3 sets of Tires from Steve this Summer. Now my Business is buying tires from them too. The prices are right at what they should be...but you get free rotations for the life of the tires when you visit the store. Highly Recommended”
