“Angel is wonderful!!! So customer oriented! I haven’t seen customer service like that in literally a decade!!! She is an asset to your company and I pray corporate recognizes her professionalism, friendliness, genuine concern and care for the customer! She could tell I was a new customer and didn’t hesitate to help guide me through the process. She is a gem!!!”
“It's a great spot to wash and vacuum your car whenever you pass by—we use it every time and consider it one of our best investments. However, we wish the wax provided a coating that helps dirt and grime slide off more easily.”
“Greg did a great job on my daughter and son in law’s truck. The detailing was a Christmas gift from my wife and I. The interior was rough. Two kids and two dogs, need I say more? It smelled wonderful too! Greg you the man!”
“Love to get our vehicles washed here. Included vacuum, towels, cleaner, mat washers, and even compressed air to go after those crevices. Probably tip: In Godfrey, use the vacuums on the right side of the area, past the first row. They have two sizes of vacuum nozzles!”
“I asked PJ to do two cars recently. He set quick appointments and kept to his schedule. The cars look like new. His detailing is way beyond my skills and I will always go back. Great job@”
“My car comes out nice and clean but leave's soap on the hood of my car. Other then that the workers are nice and respectful. And also the area always clean, clean towels always in place when needed.”
“This is a great car wash! The machines do a really good job, towels are provided and a nice covered area to vacuum. I only wish I didn’t have to endure the won’t take no thanks for an answer sales pitch for a monthly plan on every visit. Aside from that, highly recommend.”
“The touchless wash does the best job of any auto car wash I have been to. It's always a great place to stop and use the free vacuum after washing the car. Nothing but great things to say about the car wash. Don't be the vacuum hog parking in the center lane so you and your wife can vacuum your car from both side.”
“I had an incident where the car wash dropped the soap on my car and stopped! I called the number on the building and left my name and number. They immediately texted back and got my address. They refunded my money plus gave me a free wash. Absolutely will use this car wash again and highly recommend!!!!”
“I decided to surprise my daughter and get her car washed. I am so glad I chose Auto Spa Express! The gentleman thoroughly prewashed the vehicle and then told me afterward to pull into the second bay and he proceeded to clean the many bug stains off the front. I highly recommend this car wash and it is family owned. I love to patronize local businesses.”
“Went to run my car through the soft touch . The carwash had a malfunction. Called the number available and a guy was there to make it right within 15 minutes. Thanks to him and the owner for dealing with the issue in a timely manner . Wont use another carwash again.”
“Absolutely loved this car Wash! The one pro it had over some of the others was a separate drive thru dryer but the only downfall wasbit was missing the tricolor floss if it wasn't for that I wanna definitely gave it 5 stars.”

“Nice selection of cleaning products for the wash. Love the instructions on the wall!! A little pricey, however, the cleaners and pressure on the power washer make you realize why it costs more. The tri coat is awesome (just be careful it makes the floor slick especially in Crocs..lol)”

“Great service! Fast, affordable, and efficient. I rolled in on 2 donut spares after the Kia boys took my car for a joyride, drove off in under half an hour with 2 great tires mounted for under $150.”
“We stopped by to try out the automatic car wash under the new ownership. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the bays and overall efficiency of the wash. You can tell the new owners have put in a lot of time and effort into making this car wash the best it can be for the community. Keep up the good work!”

“I've been to many car washes and none have come out as shiny as this one. Caitlyn amd the gentleman working today were so friendly. My BMW hasn't looked this good without getting it detailed since it was new. Definitely will be making the stop there unless you guys want to open a location in Litchfield”
