“The store was remodeled and looked much better. I no longer live in the area and have been gone for years now. I was impressed compared to the way the store used to look. The only thing I had an issue with was the cashier. I feel she needs to work on her customer service skills. Otherwise I would still recommend this place and I will come back if I'm in the area.”

“Smaller than the ones I'm use to a little cluttered I would suggest creating better walking space to navigate through aisles otherwise the cashier was friendly can't say much about the floor associates. Pretty decent area.”
“I love going here. It is very clean and great prices . A very large selections of food. Produce is good . Frozen food a big veriate of food. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
If you have not gone here ? You’re missing out on a very nice place to go too.”
“This place has a nice selection of goods. Somewhere you can find everything all in one place. They also have friendly, helpful salespeople on the floor. I did find some things to be a bit pricier than other places but overall decent shopping experience.”
“For the Frankfort location.
Please Please Please clean the bathroom. Never any toilet paper, the floor is filthy with garbage on the floor, sink and toilet is always dirty and it smells like urine.”
“Nice size store stocked with a lot of different new items and my all time go to . My first time stopping in and will definitely go back when I'm in the area. Also clean ???”
“Great dollar tree to shop at. The staff is nice. Each time I went there was only one cashier but it did not take long. I think the longest we waited was 5 minutes. It is a friendly store. No issues.”
“We took a ride out to Indiana to take a look at the RVs Pete's had this season. Bruce was very helpful showing us the selections we had already made and working with us to come to a deal.”
“My shopping experience at this Dollar Tree was okay today. Didn't have some items I needed. Also, the store could have been CLEANER and the staff FRIENDLIER!!!”

“Well organized when I visited this Sunday noon-ish. I didn't find any that I was looking for: Block succulents. But I liked that the store is neat and orderly.”
“I have come to this location occasionally over the years, hadn't been there in a while and was expecting it to have declined, but it hadn't! Still very well stocked and SO neat!! To see the floors were clear in every aisle and items weren't strewn about on the shelves, someone is taking pride in this store and I think it's a good reflection on the community. There are other Family Dollars in the area but they pale by comparison!! I had to compliment the manager Jason and told him I'd let corporate know as well.”
“I visit this dollar tree location at least once a week and I just want to say how amazing SAM (MANAGER) is. She is very helpful asking customers if they need help smiling, it’s always a good experience when she’s there. She should give a lesson to a couple of the workers there.”

“This store has stayed clean and friendly since they opened. Came in looking for some essentials and I carry a big purse, not always but sometimes it's just easier. The employees did well with managing the front counter and I could tell I was being checked on, which is understandable no one wants to be stolen from especially not when they work hard to provide a well organized store. The only section that wasn't well organized was the clearance section and even that area looked good. I appreciate this store, I feel safe, respected and I can rely on them having something at least compatible to what I'm looking for. Not always a cheap trip but always a grateful trip. Thank you to the staff June 13th 1ish pm 🫶🏻”
“This is a nice, renovated location! They renovated the entire side of the mall, and this location is cleanly! They also added self checkout and a new store layout, so this is a revived location! 4.7⭐️”
“Newly redecorated store has made a 360° turn. The store looks great clean everything is in perfect order it doesn't look like a Family Dollar...well...it looks like the new Family Dollar.Friendly staff as well.”
“Found my purse and returned it to me safely after I put it down and walked away. Employees were very kind when they found me and went out of their way to look. I’m very appreciative!”
“Always love their prices. I buy all my paper towels, toilet paper, batteries, tooth paste, other toiletries etc., here. You can get in and out and easily find what you're looking for.”
“WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE NEEDS A RAISE. This is the most organized and well stocked Dollar Tree I have ever been to. I live closer to two other Dollar Trees and come out of my way to this one because it is always the best”
“I love shopping at my local Dollar Tree! The staff are always friendly and helpful, the wide aisles make for a comfortable shopping experience, and I can always count on finding shelves stocked with a great selection of items. Definitely deserving of 5 stars”
“I moved away from this area and today was the first time in a long while that I had visited. It was the first Dollar Tree store that I had ever been in and it did not disappoint as always.❤️”
“I was at the Frankfort Dollar Tree and I wanted to buy a pair of confetti cannons poppers for my next New Year's Eve celebration in the future and Super Bowl Final buzzer.”
“I just wanted to come share about a recent visit at this store. I am doing a project for my kids school and trying to be creative with the budget I have to work with. Michelle was available to help me with all of my ideas. She helped me find the perfect prizes and helped me with some game ideas I had. She helped me bring it all together with the products you carry. She was extremely friendly and kind to take time out to guide me through the store and lend a hand with making final decisions. Thank you so much for your help. The store was exceptionally clean and well maintained too!”
“Great improvement in the store stock they are getting alot of new items in for your shopping needs. The back freezers are not working and no frozen foods but I'm sure that will be resolved soon. Nice employees. I will give them a 5 star review for their good customer service. The customers that come in are a little weird but the employees makes up for that error.”
“Dollar tree in worth Illinois

“I just came out of the Steger DG and needed to write a review right away. Marque is definitely a keeper. He greets you on your way in the store and checks people out with great customer service. If I was still in management I would want to steal him from you”
“The best cashiers here will let you know when something is more than 2 bucks. I love that.
Store has been clean and organized and close to my house. Good work”
“Selection of products good. They usually have what I'm looking it's good value for a reasonable price. The cashier's friendly service is fast and efficient.”

“Clean and organized. I went to this location with hopes that this location would be organized and we'll stocked since the location closer to me is an absolute mess. I was very pleased with the customer care and cleanliness of the store.”
