“What an amazing staff Rita was outstanding was so helpful brought out multiple pairs of shoes with all types of recommendations evaluated my feet said I needed arc support what a correct statement that was the owner Mel stoped said hi gave me some words of encouragement on my weight loss journey definitely needed to hear those words. And then finally the perfect shoe for my feet was brought out tested with some walking outside which they allowed what a gem of a store I know why they have been in business for so long because they really do care. “Loads of items to shop from. If you're interested in stopping by, they're only open to the public until the end of the month (April). Because of the pandemic, their rules have changed. First, you go onto the website. Second, pick a time and date from their list. Third check your email, for a response, to let you know if your choice is available. They have ribbon, material, tablecloths, pillows, pottery, vases, Christmas decor, fall decor, home decor, faux flowers, etc.. The list goes on. They only have this sale twice a year, April and October.”

Beverly, the owner, was both warm and patient as she guided me through her extensive selection. She meticulously showed me at least 12 pairs of shoes and even took the time to measure my feet and observe my walking style, ensuring the pair I selected had the right type of arch support.
The personalized service truly stood out. Beverly’s attention to detail made the entire process feel tailored to my needs, and I appreciated how her expertise helped me confidently make a final selection. While my experience was excellent overall, the review reflects a 4-star rating simply because there’s always room for a little extra refinement—perhaps a few more style options or a slightly faster process might make the visit even more exceptional.

“Had three great experiences here at this pro shop by all different workers.Parker was a great he helped me find out my pap and explained everything to me took his time and made sure he had the correct measurement. Jacob was great helping me choose which ball would be best for me for what I’m tying to build and also which layout would be good for me. Kaia was great as well talking to me about her favorite black widow bowling balls and answering questions. Also can’t forget Dillon nice manger and has a great team at the pro shop. Definitely great customer service here and no one brushes you off. Will be back”

“Every single time I go to this Orland location I have an exquisite experience! Your greeted the absolute second your in the building and everyone is extremely kind and helpful! I’ve been shopping at this store for awhile now and every time I see Zach the cashier he’s always professional, kind, efficient, and needs a PROMOTION ! The store was very clean and organized compared to the Naperville store. Someone else who had been very helpful was Brooke, she opened a fitting room for me and answered all my questions :). This store is a 5/5 of course there’s hit or miss days but when it’s a hit you get your moneys worth !”
