“I first inquired about the Nissan Sentra weeks ago. Forgot all about it because I visited a Toyota near by me. Then, I got voicemail from salesman James the Nissan Sentras were dropping in price. My first choice was Toyota but when I test drove the Nissan I really liked it and couldn’t beat the price. James & the sales manager Ed helped me out with numbers, felt pretty easy going. Didn’t feel like they were pushy compare to other dealerships I had visited before coming to Nissan countryside. Thanks again! I’d get my car service here but I live in Naperville/Aurora area.”

“Maas Auto is the best auto shop I've been to in the 10 years of owning my Honda Civic, across a bunch of different states. They're incredibly honest and efficient. Last summer, my car's AC broke. I brought it to a dealer, they were unable to fully diagnose the issue, and needed me to spend more to continue investigating it. I brought it to Maas Auto for a second opinion. The service reps there seemed to have more knowledge + experience on the issue. They took the time to answer all of my questions so I fully understood the problem and my options. They replaced my compressor and charged a fraction of the dealer's estimate. Today my car's tire pressure light went on. I called, they said I didn't need an appointment, came in, and they fixed the issue very quickly. They are just extremely competent, high integrity people in every interaction I've had with them!”

I took it to check point didn't charge $160 to find out problem and got it fixed”

I was in and out within 90 minutes max doing a trade as well as buying a new vehicle with financing. I worked with Rick to begin with over the phone and then JR handled the transaction. Prices were extremely fair and I hear this dealerships service center is excellent versus the other one that is close by. I also appreciate it the fact that they put on some upgrades to the truck like a hard tunnel, cover, running boards, ceramic coating everywhere and a few other things I can’t remember, and they were more than willing to negotiate on the cost of those upgrades which made it so I had a truck that was ready to go upgraded and I didn’t have to do anything after buying.”

My biz Heather and Vine needed a new battery. They picked up our Ford Transit van, replaced the battery quickly so we were back in biz same day. Then the rear window imploded and they had a window repair guy come to their facility to replace it. And last but not least while driving the tire came off the rim. Jimmy picked up the van and a shakey me. Got pricing on tires and boom, done the same day. Very grateful for all they did for Heather and Vine!!!(all happened in 2 month time)”
