Best Buy, a popular electronics retailer, receives mixed reviews from its customers. The staff is generally described as nice and helpful, although they can be busy during rush hours, leading to longer wait times. The Geek Squad, the company's tech support service, has been praised for assisting customers, such as pairing a speaker to a cell phone. Customers have had positive experiences with purchases, including a wonderful Arris Modem and a great TV installation. However, some have encountered issues with Simple Mobile products sold at Best Buy, citing poor customer service and refund policies. Despite the changing landscape of the electronics retail industry, Best Buy's Countryside location is recognized as fast and efficient, and customers continue to visit the store for their gaming and appliance needs. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, Best Buy remains a go-to destination for many customers.

Best buy is not what it used to be. Half of the merchandise is gone. Employees will tell you you can order it and pickup later or have it shipped to your house. What's the point of having a brick store. Girls working there have no clue about anything. They really should be cashiers only. Store just feels cold.
