“Called over the phone to get a quote for a cracked screen it was 65.00 bucks, got there is 95.00 due to LCD needing repaired. Just got overcharged for phone case, was 25.00 and I found it on Amazon was 7.00 bucks. Also after I waited over two hours to remove the rubber bands from the repaired screen I placed the screen protector on, and a few hours later there were yellow spots on the bottom of the screen and a yellow line on the right side of the screen. The 65.00 dollar quote turned into a total of 144.00 bucks. So be prepared!!!! Customer Service was nice.”

“Last Saturday night the screen on my phone went totally black. I panicked, since everything i know about is on my phone, EVERYTHING! Immediately I jumped up and ran to TMOBILE, which was now closed. I suffered thru the night trying to get my screen to light up, with no luck. Next day first thing Sunday morning upon opening. I ran to T-MOBILE. First words out of their mouths, YOU NEED A NEW PHONE, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE? Not suggesting anything but a new phone. They couldn't transfer my info to the new phone because they couldn't get the phone on. So they suggested: 1. go to BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD, MAYBE THEY CAN HOOK YOUR PHONE UP TO A COMPUTER AND TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION! 2. GOT TO BATTERIES PLUS. MAYBE THEY CAN HOOK YOUR PHONE UP TO A COMPUTER AND TRANSFER YOUR INFORMATION!
So I went to BATTERIES PLUS. and he looked at me like I was crazy. So he suggested maybe going to UBREAKIFIX, which was a couple of blocks down. Maybe they can order you a new screen.
So I went to UBREAKIFIX, and BOOM, no guessing, just straight to the point. We can order you a screen that matches the broken one and transfer your info from the old phone to the new one. They did. Which took a few hours! What didn't automatically get transferred, GREG ESQUEDA set up on my new phone for me THANK GOD. HE WAS SOOOOO PATIENT AND POLITE, AND HEPLED ME OUT WHILE I PANICKED, NOT REMEMBERING SOME PASSWORDS, AND NOT KNOWING HOW TO SET THE OLD STUFF RIGHT BACK UP IN THE NEW PHONE. HE DID IT, HE DID THAT FOR ME AND I AM GRATEFUL THAT HE HELPED ME OUT AT THE DROP OF A HAT.
YOU SEE, WHAT I DIDN'T REALIZE, WAS THAT, I SHOULD'VE TAKEN MY PHONE TO UBREAKIFIX, IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND JUST GOT THE SCREEN REPLACED!!! THAT'S WHY I'LL TELL EVERYBODY ON FB TO GO TO UBREAKIFIX IN OAK LAWN BEFORE THEY BUY A NEW PHONE! NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE GREG ESQUEDA!”
