“What to do when you try to assemble the e bike yourself, misplace the instructions, and seem to be missing a couple of parts? Call Carmen! He instructed me to bring the bike in, he'd look it over, and provide an estimate. He did, I did not think the quote was outrageous, so I left the bike in his capable hands. He said it would be ready the next day, but called a couple hours later and said it was ready! When I got there, he and his helper provided info about the electric assist and general bike care. They helped me place the bike on my rack (it is a bit heavier than my hybrid). I went home and tried the bike, and was well pleased with their work. Basically, these are nice people who do good work!”

“Jimmy is amazing. My mom and I came in at 6 with my bike seat not being able to tighten because the pole thing got stuck in the bike. Idk bike terminology but it was not rideable. Jimmy got the pole out with different tools which looked difficult - you need strength to do that. The service was quick and professional. We appreciate the great service and solving the problem.”
