“Tried to get my son's adapted tricycle serviced (brake and derailleur tune up) at several shops in the area. Nothing complicated but nobody was willing to even look at it and I was given several excuses. I was treated courteously at Terry and given prompt service.Highly recommend even if you don't have the fanciest, latest electric bike. 5 stars”

“I bought my e-cargo bike from W&S a couple years ago. The process of placing the order, adding the accessories, and getting updates on the status was seamless. Since then, I've been taking it back there for regular maintenance and it's a lifesaver to have expert and knowledgeable staff for any issues. They sell quality bikes with great service, highly recommend!”

“J&R always helps me find the best solution for both my bikes. (a serious 60 miles at a time bike, and my run to the store for a case of pop bike). They have the knowledge and they have the patient, non-judgy, friendly service to go with it.”

“Great service. Fun experience buying my granddaughter her first bike without training wheels. Would definitely go back to this store. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Legit my favorite bike shop. You got a bike that's broke? They can fix it. You need to know how to put air in your complicated new tires? They got the free pump outside that doesn't overfill. Plus they'll explain the mechanics in a easy to understand way. You bought a bike and want it assembled? This must be the place. They rent bikes for weekend trail warriors and leisure riders alike. Plus they walk the walk; or ride the ride if you will. You can often see the 2 Bici crew riding on the nearby trails after they close up shop.”

“They are friendly, knowledgeable, and were accommodating and tuned in to help me pick out my first custom bike. They let me test it and were sensitive to what would fit my budget. After coming back from the test ride, "How did it feel?" Me: "Who doesn't like a Lamborghini?" Bike fix: "Yeah but you can get this and not feel like a jerk."Free association: (That communicated to me that they understood it was a major purchase and, yes, it is a very nice bike, but they would work with me to make it possible, instead of scoffing or being elitist and having the "if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it" mentality. That made me feel comfortable. I do not think bikefix believes Lamborghini owners are jerks. If you want my opinion on Lamborghini owners, that's a different forum, and I'm not selling anything.....I digress)Bottom line, they will help you get ten times the bike for much less than what you will find shopping online or through factory websites. If you're serious about getting a quality bike with expert service to back it up. Bikefix. Pic shows old bike compared to new.”

“Took a '72 Schwinn Super Sport in for a tune-up and repairs from a fall. A lot of work was in evidence for a fair price. I feel they really "baby" vintages bikes, but I have seen great care for more contemporary ones I own, too.”

“RTT Cycles does a great job in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. What more can you ask for?I found them a couple of years ago when I bent my rim two days before I was supposed to leave on a mountain biking trip. No one else would even think about helping me, and I’m pretty sure they were booked, too, but they understood my desperation. Since then, I won’t take my bike to anyone else.”

“This joint rocks! These guys are so laid back, it's a pleasure doing business with them. They answer stupid questions, almost to the point of telling you how to fix your own bike, and are just really helpful, patient, and polite. I wish I could work with these guys.My main contact on the latest visits was Christian (photo), who is everything a bike shop would want in an employee. I will definitely be back to this place.”

“What to do when you try to assemble the e bike yourself, misplace the instructions, and seem to be missing a couple of parts? Call Carmen! He instructed me to bring the bike in, he'd look it over, and provide an estimate. He did, I did not think the quote was outrageous, so I left the bike in his capable hands. He said it would be ready the next day, but called a couple hours later and said it was ready! When I got there, he and his helper provided info about the electric assist and general bike care. They helped me place the bike on my rack (it is a bit heavier than my hybrid). I went home and tried the bike, and was well pleased with their work. Basically, these are nice people who do good work!”

“Amazing place with amazing prices came here with my friend to get a hardtail and left with a specialized fuse for $1700 and pedals plus a water bottle cage. On the specialized site the price for black Friday was lowered to 2100 and here it was 1500 before tax. Really recommend this place”

“This bicycle shop has been in the neighborhood for over a hundred years. The family business is always focused on building and maintaining good relationships with customers and anyone who just needs a little help. I came in to have my bike looked at and they provided me with excellent on the spot care. The entire staff were very friendly and honest. This is really a great place for service and accessories. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to buy a bike or in need of service.”

“Have only had positive experiences here. Been a customer since 1995. Can get pretty busy in warmer months the so maybe save some repairs for wintertime to avoid long turnaround times. I wish they still sold ELFS Redlines Powerlites Robinsons and PK RIPPERS tho...”
