Samuel, the driver who delivered our pods in Decatur, GA, was fantastic - he did an outstanding job maneuvering the truck into our apartment complex. The Des Plaines, IL facility staff were also very helpful in ensuring we could get to our things right away. 10/10 and would love to use U-Pack for my next move!”
“Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. I had a multitude of problems coordinating with my shipper for a few machines that weighed over a ton combined. Trying to schedule with Igor and his team in the meantime, the truck with my delivery showed up unexpectedly.
Igor and his team made it out on extremely short notice within 30 minutes of me calling him for help, by the time I got to my facility, they already had the crew and forklift set to move my machine into my new facility. His crew was quick, efficient, and above all safe.
I would give them 10 stars if I could, and I could not recommend them enough to others. Please call Igor when you’re looking for your next Machinery move!”
