“Truly the BEST Pet Store in town! Rob has a wealth of knowledge on the foods and quality (especially with picky eaters). I would love to see the store carry Feline Natural Lamb & Salmon pouches to offer a healthier wet food or Smalls so I could try this food for my kitties. They do love the ZIWI that has recently been stocked. Happy to continue to be a customer and seek out only the best foods for my fur babies. (Thanks Rob for all the help!)”

“I've been visiting the Villa Park store for a few years, the staff is always friendly &helpful. The self wash stations are convenient. I tried the delivery service for the first time and I was more than satisfied with the ease of the online order with their own staff delivery. I got my order next day and received a text when my order was at my door. Definitely recommend this store, they have customer service figured out.”

“Picked up contacts next door and popped in here afterwards, and what a lovely surprise! This is the cutest shop ever and smells incredible since they bake everything in store. Picked up tons of yummy goodies for my two dogs! In addition to treats, there are lots of great pet food options that range from raw to kibble. Also has a dog wash which was spacious and clean. The owner was so kind and I even got to meet his two sweet dogs. I can't wait to come back!”

“What can I really say about PerSmart...except they have a large variety of cat food...which is what pertains to us...and a heck of a lot if other stuff u can find for ur cats too...and also a karge dog selection if food and items...they have birds there and sometimes other adoptable small animals...and i even think i have seen cats there for adoption too...very friendly and helpful associates...and it is nice that people can also bring their pets into the store too...never used their clinic...so do not really know much about that...defenitely worth giving this place a chance....much luv...k”
