“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.

“I wanted to update my review on this store, I am extremely happy that the issues they had have been resolved. They have a new printer and they have knowledgeable, and a very helpful staff. Jimmy, the Print guy is amazing. It was the best service I have received. I feel like they have finally redeeming themselves from a couple issues. I had in the past with their service. I have removed the other review. Just because I feel that they definitely deserve another opportunity especially when they have staff that provides the type of service that Jimmy did.
I am really excited about it because it is the most convenient UPS store for me! I can’t thank them enough.”

“We switched over to using Staples about a year ago for our 24x36 construction blueprints. It has made the process of getting prints so much easier. We upload the print, pay for it and then receive an email when ready. It's super easy, quick and convenient. I'm so glad we made the switch.”
“Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. “I've visited this location many times, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff always greet customers when they walk in and do their best to help everyone, even when the store is extremely busy.
Recently, while waiting in line, I've noticed how patient and professional the employees remain when dealing with some very disrespectful customers. On one occasion, I even witnessed a customer secretly taking pictures of the staff, which I found very inappropriate and unsettling.
Seeing how the employees handled difficult situations with professionalism made me feel compelled to leave this review. The team at this location works hard, treats customers with respect, and deserves recognition for the way they continue to provide great service despite challenging interactions.
