Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?
Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. Like back in the day prices. I think I'll be coming here for my new tires as well. Thank you Raul. And the kind man I spoke to on the phone when I called. Very welcoming.”

“Clean waiting room, salesman was helpful made appointment and they were prompt. My lug nuts gave them a problem,I drive a F150 with caped lug nuts and they were rounding when trying to remove them, I was fortunate they had old ones and replaced the bad ones so I will have to replace the lug nuts with solid ones. Like the shop just wish they had a closer location to me.”

“Mr Lifts was fast and got my Impala SS 2004 Indy Edition Rear Struts Swapped out and even changed the End Links that I forgot to ask about but upon picking up the car he informed me that he did them anyway since they were old. Always make appointment and he will get you together no worries. Car rides quiet and Smoov ???”

“Russo's is an excellent auto repair business. They thoroughly explain any proposed repairs for my car and never encourage me to add more replacements or repairs than my car needs. The prices are better than some of the brand name places that I have taken my cars to in the past. I have had my tires replaced, new brakes and new battery installed along with general maintenance and oil changes. I don't always get a person on the phone when I call, but someone has always returned my call within 24 hours. I love the fact that Russo's is an Oak Park family business and has been in the same location since the 1970s.”

“My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”
