Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now?

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. “Came in with very VERY questionable braking ability just to learn it was all my rotors being warped and in horrible condition, and even one of my back brakes just not engaging at all! Mark helped me understand all that needed to be done without making me feel bad for not understanding the mechanical terminology and overall gave a safe learning environment. Went ahead and replaced all 4 plus some stripped lug nuts and was able to be back on the road same day! 10/10 experience, i will be coming back and using them for my vehicle needs.”

Not a lot of shops do that and I was very appreciative of them. They also took care of my truck. A very communicative and very efficient shop!”

“Mr Lifts was fast and got my Impala SS 2004 Indy Edition Rear Struts Swapped out and even changed the End Links that I forgot to ask about but upon picking up the car he informed me that he did them anyway since they were old. Always make appointment and he will get you together no worries. Car rides quiet and Smoov ???”

“Russo's is an excellent auto repair business. They thoroughly explain any proposed repairs for my car and never encourage me to add more replacements or repairs than my car needs. The prices are better than some of the brand name places that I have taken my cars to in the past. I have had my tires replaced, new brakes and new battery installed along with general maintenance and oil changes. I don't always get a person on the phone when I call, but someone has always returned my call within 24 hours. I love the fact that Russo's is an Oak Park family business and has been in the same location since the 1970s.”
“I unfortunately hit a pot hole or better yet a crater on 390 just before Roselle Rd. Thanks to our fine tollway system for keeping the roads nice. Upon arriving at Belle Tire I was greeted by Jim. He got my car in and was checking the tire. Informed me the tire was no good and ended up selling me new tires. Explained everything to me in detail and professional. They were very thorough with the inspection of the car, but they were not pushy in a manner to upsell me on completing more services or work than I wanted. I was more than pleased with the tires and services. I drove right past our neighborhood Bridgestone Car center, as their mechanical service and customer service does not compare to the quality that I received in the Hinsdale location. Angel and his crew made me trust this brand again. I more than certainly would recommend and use them again in the future.”
