“Excellent jewelry store and the jewelry consultants are amazing! Michelle was my consultant. I first came in when my mom passed and I had some jewelry to sell. She was so thorough, knowledgeable and sorrowful for our loss. She took uninterrupted time with me to make some tough decisions.
I just left there again as I had my mother's ring remade into a mother and grandmothers ring. We added the stones of my grandchildren and came up with an absolutely beautiful tribute to my kids in grandkids. Once again she took a lot of time with me going through different styles until we came up the one that best fit me and my wishes. Chicago. Clock company did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of how precious this item was to me and treated it very carefully. I got it back sooner than expected and it’s in beautiful working condition and the wooden and brass case are cleaned up and shined up and it’s absolutely stunning.
