She even went above and beyond by blowing up the balloons and putting together a beautiful balloon bouquet for us.     “My rating is for a young employee named Courtney, not the store. The store is a mess and out of everything. But Courtney is a beast! She was the only one working and had a line, her register quit working. She did not miss a beat. She ran to another register and started again. She was fast, efficient, polite and she was answering the store phone. That's how I know her name. She ran out of bags and grabbed more. Another employee did come up, but didn't help her. Instead she walked into the office and was hopefully calling for help. She was on a phone. Courtney needs a better employer.”
