They unloaded my truck within an hour, and I received my paperwork within an hour. They're very nice. I don't know what happened to other people. I checked the comments. They have some very nasty comments.

Showed up @900 for a 945 appt. Was put right into the door, guy was nice despite previous complaints. I was unloaded from a full trailer in 1:10! Great experience.

Shipping/receiving is off Gaylord. Door opens at 6. Got in right away and was given a door. Unloaded in 30 minutes. Pretty straight forward back, could be difficult with alot of trucks in lot.
