“Most definitely recommend entering off gaylord rd for easy setup for docks and access to check in office. Parking lot pretty tight but maneuverable if you know what you're doing...appt time originally set for 1045am I checked in at 1035 and he says my appt isnt until noon but gave me a dock anyway. Pretty chill guy in the check in office. Did 4 stars mainly for the lack of signage to help direct where to go and how tight the lot is in general”

“I want to thank Dr Tiffany Allen-Smith and her team for helping me through the process of making and printing out my business cards. The cards came out amazing and very pleased with the service. Portia was exceptional and even took the time to call me on the phone not just emailing back and forth to make sure I was happy. Thank you again for the great service!!”

“Really impressed with the service I received from Steve. I had 10 rolled paintings I needed to ship internationally for an art exhibition. I wanted to ensure timely shipping so I delivered the paintings to him personally, and the next day (Friday), the paintings were picked up. They were delivered safely two business days later (Tuesday) which was ahead of schedule with no issues clearing customs. He is now my trusted source for international shipments as well as anything that will require custom packing/crating. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.”

“The most important reason for my rating is Anthony’s exceptional customer service. Every time I visit the UPS Store on Essington Road in Joliet, he’s there with a positive attitude, ready to help. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure every customer is taken care of. He consistently goes above and beyond, and I always leave feeling valued and confident that everything was handled correctly. Employees like Anthony are the reason I recommend this location to everyone I know.”

“I was recently tasked with obtaining quotes for a reusable crate to be used with a large piece of artwork. The dimensions were 125" x 78" x 7" and 425lbs. I contacted Craters and Freighters for a quote. They returned the quote very quickly and asked me questions I hadn't even thought to ask them or other vendors about my needs for this job. The initial visit with their team in our office put my mind at ease. When their crew came to our office and carefully removed the artwork they were friendly and efficient taking great care not to damage the wall or any furniture. Turnaround time for the job was very quick and the price were quoted was the price that we paid. Thank you for making me look good to my boss. So happy we found a reliable partner. My only request is that I would love to receive one of those pirate t-shirts your crew was wearing (see what I did there?). :)”

“We had the most incredible experience with this printing company! They printed the menus for my daughter’s wedding, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. We had a very unique size requirement that no one else seemed able or willing to do, but they handled it perfectly without hesitation. The quality was outstanding, the attention to detail was amazing, and everything was completed on time. The menus looked elegant and added such a special touch to the wedding reception. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish — professional, patient, and truly dedicated to making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing and outstanding service!”

“One of the cleaner yards, though the restrooms are nasty as usual. If you are late for a pickup though, your set might not be hooked as they break sets that sit more than a few hours after gate times. Outside carriers are not allowed to hook trailer sets. Charlotte, NC and West Sacramento, CA are the nicest, cleanest, and most organized yards I have ever been to. With the NC yard being my favorite.”

“I've been having a difficult week, but when I visited the UPS Store #3669 to return two items, I encountered a gentleman who was incredibly kind and helpful. He demonstrated a quick understanding of the process and clearly knew his job well. I can't express enough how much I appreciated his kindness. I hope UPS recognizes the value of this employee, as he exemplifies knowledge, helpfulness, and genuine kindness. Unlike many others I've experienced, he was neither rude nor dismissive, and he didn't rush me out the door. Instead, he treated me with respect and offered useful information in a friendly manner. I want to thank this employee who worked on Tuesday, the 24th of 2025, when he opened the store. Your assistance made a difference!”

“I had to come to the store for their fingerprinting service. Naomi and the other staff member were so pleasant to do business with. They were both so kind, friendly, welcoming and eager to help me. Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.”

“Best service by far. I live in California but relatives live in Joliet. Unfortunately my relatives aren’t computer savvy. I had to send them documents which needed to be signed and PDF sent back to me. Mailboxes and Print Depot went above and beyond to print documents and have relatives sign and sent back the PDF to me super fast. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use their services again. FYI customer service was exemplary.”

“I received my order as expected, in good condition and on the correct date. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I selected the 3pm-7pm time slot and they showed up at 8:30am. Luckily I was home so no big deal. I was weary about them after reading really bad reviews but I had a good experience.”
