“Navis went above and beyond! We are based out of PA, and the items were in the Chicagoland area so we did most communication via email. To ensure they could properly take care of our items, Navis sent a crew for a site visit and took additional measurements of the items we needed to ship in Lake Forest, as well as to get a layout of the grounds. This was all done a few days before crating day. On the crating day, they showed up early in the day, took their time to manufacture the crates, and then carefully packaged our items. They even went as far as to make small ramps so they could position the items internally for outbound shipping. This was all done to international travel specifications, on site at the facility. They did a great job and we will be using them again, as regularly as needed. Thank you team!!”

Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. “let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”
“We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world. Best treatment as a customer that I've received in a long time.”

“I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didn't order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service I've ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you. If this guy is the reflection of what BEST service has to offer then BEST is a great description for this company. Thank you Mariano, and thanks to Best!”

“I have been going to this store exclusively after so many packages sent thru the mail system lost & opening investigations on lost packages just to never get any follow-up or resolution on them. In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. I have never been disappointed. It’s very hard these days to get any professionalism & courteousness as a paying customer. John is always polite & is always sure to ask if he can help in any other way before wishing you a parting good day. Other stores & business could learn a lot by taking John’s lead. Thank you John!”

As I’d never done this at your facility (and was a little stressed, necessitating a bit of hand-holding…help to walk me through the *very* easy directions), Anum came by and did just that; walked me through everything. She was very, very polite, didn’t judge me for asking for assistance with what should have been 1-2-3 bing-bang-boom & done…but as I said, I was anxious that afternoon. Anum couldn’t have been nicer with her assistance. Thank you for employing someone who’s a perfect fit for customer service. Give her a well-deserved big bag of cash!”

“I rarely leave reviews but as someone who ships hundreds of packages a month - the customer service and care placed by the manager of this location is unmatched. He is always so kind, helpful and professional. Today I realized after we got back home I had mislabeled a rather large and very important order - I called the store (15 mins after they had already closed) to my surprise he answered and worked with me to locate the package and hold it for me. He was happy to help and more polite and understanding after hours than any other shipping company I’ve dealt with. It is so refreshing to experience such kindness within the shipping service world.
