I don't know what the hell all these people are talking about how they are treated poorly at this branch location. Every time I go to this branch the girls here are always polite to me and have never given me any static. I've never had a problem with borrowing money from this credit union to up my credit score. They have never called me or hassled me in any way shape or form. Jennifer, one of the teller girls, is always polite to me, and so are the rest of the girls there, always say "hello, and welcome to Nu Mark". All of them always have a smile on their faces to me. Not once have they ever been rude to me. So, for me, they all do a great job. I have used this branch well over 10 years now. I think all you loser whiny cry baby customers need to check yourselves first before you go on ranting of how terrible the service was here. For me and the over past 10 years of doing business with this branch has always been pleasant for me.

Have been a member for years at the Crest Hill location. Jennifer Ericson recently helped me open up a Money Market account, High Yield Checking, and CDs to maximize my savings/earnings. The staff have always been great with answering my questions. Christian at the call center helped when I needed to make a large purchase with my debit/credit card. Great customer service.

Wow. So many bad reviews. I was thinking of switching to them since they are right down the block but after reading all the reviews i think i'll stay with Chase. Sorry but life is complicated enough.

Will be closing my account real soon once I have personal stuff in line. The woman on the phone was insanely rude, talking over me and not listening to my concern at all and even said she would disconnect the call for not letting her speak. Let me finish explaining then you may speak to the concern but not OVER me. If I have $50 and spend $55 over 3 charges, how do all 3 charges obtain an over draft fee? Yes I mistakenly over drawn on the last charge but payday was next day. 1 over draft I’ll accept but reversing the other 2 is not a “courtesy”. It’s ethical because the money was there. This is not the first time I’ve caught this and I’m sure there’s many times I haven’t and have been charged ridiculous amounts to use MY money. The service at these NuMark has been steadily declining for years and it’s time to relocate my business

Worst experience with a bank I’ve had in my life. Customer service sucks, no one ever answers the phone and when they do not a single person has a clue what’s going on. I’ve been waiting on a debit card for almost 42 days!! I don’t recommend this bank to anyone

Absolutely pathetic team of women that keep a disgusting attitude with members. God forbid you have any issues that need help getting solved. They do not care and show no real effort or consideration. I will not be banking here anymore. This goes for many locations as well with this one. Horrible business IMO

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! I'VE BEEN SITTING IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR THE BRANCH MANAGER NAMED KAREN FOR 4O+ MINUTES. ALL I WANTED TO DO IS OPEN UP AN ACCOUNT!!! NOW I SEE WHY THE REVIEWS ARE SOOOO BAD!

Came in this morning with my son to deposit his first paycheck and to get a debt card. This was such a huge deal for him. I want to say thank to your head bank teller for taking the time to explain everything to him. She really went above and beyond with him! Thank you for the great service!

I really appreciate NuMark Credit Union for doing me the favor of displaying my favorite numbers on their sign for me to see on my way home from work. I apologize for the poor picture quality, but I imagine that enlightened and dignified ladies and gentlemen will appreciate my observation. Lady in front was rude and lazy I asked about putting beneficiary to one of my accounts after opening two savings accounts and it seemed like she was bothered she said well we would have to redo all paperwork when it wasn't even for those two accounts to begin with she just assumed but regardless it's her JOB so why the bad attitude I just left will be closing my account soon for terrible service.

Susan was the absolute best to work with. She made the entire process of my refinance a breeze and was there to answer every single question. I cannot say enough positive things. If you want to feel like a person instead of a number choose NuMark and choose Susan!

Wanted to switch credit unions and tried to reach branch with questions. Received call back from rude individual at a call center who wanted personal information from me and refused to get me to Crest Hill. Way to loose a customer before they even have to chance to become a customer.
