Plato's Closet is a resale shop known for its variety of gently used clothing and accessories. Customers appreciate the two-dollar sale, but they are advised to carefully inspect items for stains or holes since the store sells used clothes. The location is favored for its good prices and friendly staff, who are described as funny and kind. However, experiences with selling items can vary greatly; some customers find the offers unrealistic, with low payouts for quality items. There are also concerns about the selection criteria for accepted items, as some gently used or brand new pieces are rejected despite being popular brands. Overall, Plato's Closet offers a mix of shopping and selling experiences, appealing to those looking for budget-friendly fashion.
I like the store in general but when I got to the check out the cashier was rude and not professional at all

for the girls working on 01/12/26 at 1pm, if you’re going to snicker about the customers and say rude things, atleast wait till they’re outside. it’s a small store with nobody in it, everyone can hear you.

It is a resale shop. Brought some items in (brand new in the package) to sell. What they offered was unrealistic to me. Will sell my items on eBay.
