So you can never just be out and about and decide to stop in-bcz theres a good chance they are closed. Its happened to me a couple times. And unfortunately this is year-round, it has nothing to do with winter weather.”

I appreciated the size and location of the fitting room. Good variety of items and sizes. I found a stylish black trench coat that I LOVED. Its' price didn't break the bank....even better. “Talk about a seamstress to save the day! I took my dress to alterations express to add some lining and a bustle. I cried when I picked it up, the bustle was like a curtain under my bum and the lining was so painfully obvious I may as well have let me undies show through.I dropped my dress off here a week before my wedding, and magic had to have been done on it! She took lace from elsewhere on my dress to cover the sides I wanted covered and transformed my bustle in less than a week! Took a tragedy and turned it into a dream come true and I am so grateful !”

After asking a few questions about the wedding...she recommended a few dresses for me to look at. Each one was beautiful! We found the one that was the perfect color and fit for me! “First time shopper here for my daughters homecoming. We wanted to find a dress that wasn’t from a big box store and more unique. This store had so many options and loved that it was geared toward high school age fashion. We had a private room with excellent service. The assistant suggested a dress my daughter hadn’t seen and it ended up being the dress. Prices are more than the mall but you get what you pay for. Staff were so friendly and gave great honest advice. Will definitely be back again!”

They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“Needed black socks for a black casual dress code for an upcoming JJC Chorale performance, so I came here to buy some socks, but was struggling to find anything that was my size because everything appeared to be grouped 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 or something. One of the employees helped me find the appropriately sized socks that was buried in there and might have been the very last one in stock. I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and polite. I even told the cashier so as I was checking out. Safe to say I had a smile on my face walking out the door and will definitely consider returning as a customer in the future.”
