“Best service by far. I live in California but relatives live in Joliet. Unfortunately my relatives aren’t computer savvy. I had to send them documents which needed to be signed and PDF sent back to me. Mailboxes and Print Depot went above and beyond to print documents and have relatives sign and sent back the PDF to me super fast. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use their services again. FYI customer service was exemplary.”
“I was recently tasked with obtaining quotes for a reusable crate to be used with a large piece of artwork. The dimensions were 125" x 78" x 7" and 425lbs. I contacted Craters and Freighters for a quote. They returned the quote very quickly and asked me questions I hadn't even thought to ask them or other vendors about my needs for this job. The initial visit with their team in our office put my mind at ease. When their crew came to our office and carefully removed the artwork they were friendly and efficient taking great care not to damage the wall or any furniture. Turnaround time for the job was very quick and the price were quoted was the price that we paid. Thank you for making me look good to my boss. So happy we found a reliable partner. My only request is that I would love to receive one of those pirate t-shirts your crew was wearing (see what I did there?). :)”

“I was just in to drop off a prepaid package, and a very irate man was in front of me raising his voice at the associate because he (the customer) didn't know how to send an email with his return code in it as he didn’t have a printer at home to print himself, as if that was the associates fault. The associate was trying to walk him through the process, but the man was having none of it. I have to give credit to Ryan, the associate, for handling himself very professionally and composed. The way this man was speaking to Ryan, I would not have been as nice as Ryan was. As I left, the man threw his package on the counter behind him and proceeded to cuss about Amazon. These workers don’t deserve this. Kudos to Ryan and his coworker for being so kind.”

“Not sure where all the negative comments & reviews are coming from? When I was at one of Bob’s stores to make my purchase, I received the e-mail message to set up my appointment to pick up my purchase. I made arrangements about 24 hours in advance and selected my pick up day & time. I arrived at this location on time and went inside the office with all my paperwork with the pick up number. I was then directed to go around the building to the customer loading dock. The guys greeted my wife and I and were friendly and professional. They even loaded my purchase with care. Thanks “Bob” warehouse workers. You’re the best!”

“Had to have 2 envelopes mailed out and had to be at our Union office by Wednesday. Had to find FedEx ShipCenter to make sure letters would get there before Wednesday. The office is named Post Net that works with every shipping company and they also have printout services like calendars, business cards and any business products for your company.”
