Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.”

“We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world. Best treatment as a customer that I've received in a long time.”
“Navis went above and beyond! We are based out of PA, and the items were in the Chicagoland area so we did most communication via email. To ensure they could properly take care of our items, Navis sent a crew for a site visit and took additional measurements of the items we needed to ship in Lake Forest, as well as to get a layout of the grounds. This was all done a few days before crating day. On the crating day, they showed up early in the day, took their time to manufacture the crates, and then carefully packaged our items. They even went as far as to make small ramps so they could position the items internally for outbound shipping. This was all done to international travel specifications, on site at the facility. They did a great job and we will be using them again, as regularly as needed. Thank you team!!”
