“I had to come to the store for their fingerprinting service. Naomi and the other staff member were so pleasant to do business with. They were both so kind, friendly, welcoming and eager to help me. Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.”
“One of the cleaner yards, though the restrooms are nasty as usual. If you are late for a pickup though, your set might not be hooked as they break sets that sit more than a few hours after gate times. Outside carriers are not allowed to hook trailer sets. Charlotte, NC and West Sacramento, CA are the nicest, cleanest, and most organized yards I have ever been to. With the NC yard being my favorite.”
“Best service by far. I live in California but relatives live in Joliet. Unfortunately my relatives aren’t computer savvy. I had to send them documents which needed to be signed and PDF sent back to me. Mailboxes and Print Depot went above and beyond to print documents and have relatives sign and sent back the PDF to me super fast. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use their services again. FYI customer service was exemplary.”

“Really impressed with the service I received from Steve. I had 10 rolled paintings I needed to ship internationally for an art exhibition. I wanted to ensure timely shipping so I delivered the paintings to him personally, and the next day (Friday), the paintings were picked up. They were delivered safely two business days later (Tuesday) which was ahead of schedule with no issues clearing customs. He is now my trusted source for international shipments as well as anything that will require custom packing/crating. Highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.”
