Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. “I've been going here since 2023 and the staff have been always very kind and helpful. They have great pricing on medication, preventatives, vaccines, and routine check ups. Better than most around the Joliet/Plainfield area when I was doing my research when my wife and I moved by Crest Hill. My dog is a senior dog so I often come in with a ton of questions. The nurses and vets keep a very detailed record of her history so I'll be sure not to miss anything. They always follow up the next day if my dog is not feeling well and are always careful with her.
