“We have been coming to this place for years, back at their previous location and I have zero negative things to say about them. The front staff are always always so helpful & sweet whether it’s on the phone or when we’re being greeted.
Dr. Brandy & Dr. Z are always so so helpful & always answer all of our questions.
Recently I brought in our sick boy and we saw a new vet we hadn’t met before (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) but she was very caring and gentle with my skiddish boy. She explained everything she would do and the reasoning behind it and gave me clear instructions on what would be done if he isn’t feeling better by x amount of days which I appreciated. She went over his bloodwork with me & explained why she was giving meds.
Thankfully my boy was feeling slightly better by the end of that day & almost 100% better today; but now I’m glad I have another vet I can trust with my trio 🫶🏼”

“I've been going here since 2023 and the staff have been always very kind and helpful. They have great pricing on medication, preventatives, vaccines, and routine check ups. Better than most around the Joliet/Plainfield area when I was doing my research when my wife and I moved by Crest Hill. My dog is a senior dog so I often come in with a ton of questions. The nurses and vets keep a very detailed record of her history so I'll be sure not to miss anything. They always follow up the next day if my dog is not feeling well and are always careful with her.
