“I mean it's Hot Topic, if you know them you know. Good variety of goods but larger sizes are hard to find or non-existent. One last thing, if they are busy it can be a challenge to get around the store so if you like more of a personal space around you, then try when they are slower”
“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.
They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“This was my first time in this Ross location and it didn't disappoint! I found Easter shoes for myself and my daughter. Plus matching shirts for my son's, a pair of Summer sandals, something for home decor, our Morkie pup and snacks lol
So happy we stopped in and completed most of our list. I can always count on Ross for great beauty and hair care finds to at great prices

Julian helped him find some jeans and was especially awesome, explaining differences between a few pairs and really helping make that final selection. “I was very skinny before I had a baby a while back, and I have struggled to lose the weight since giving birth. I do not care about the number on the scale or on my clothes, but to say going from a size 2-4 to a 16 hasn’t been jarring would be a lie. Nothing is made to look flattering in my body type. I’d never heard of Torrid until I wondered in a few days ago. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know how to shop for things that will flatter my new body shape when the employee working that day, Dawn, asked if I needed help. This SAINT of a woman watched me burst into tears as I explained my situation before helping me determine my correct size and find things that look nice on me. She made sure I felt comfortable and I couldn’t be more appreciative ❤️”
“Great experience!Listen, it was my first time shopping in this location and my first time trying on items at any location. The woman asked me my name and I told her. I wondered why she asked( low key thought I was Karen'd) as I tried on the clothing. Then, I became distracted by the shirt being too big ( look who went down a size ?). Then, I left out the changing room to get a smaller size shirt. I was in a rush to get back to the fitting room before someone else went in. On my way rushing back, I saw my name on the fitting room door?. That is why she asked me. I felt so bad! This is amazing! That is considered my fitting room until I am done! Shut up and close the front door!!!! I was able to take my time to see how each item fitted and change them out without rush. ?.”

“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

No matter the season you will find something you will love in a bargain price. When it comes to clothes, decor, coffee mugs, art supplies, you name it. You will walk out of this store satisfied with your purchase.
The store is always clean, well zoned and organized, and the carts ? are always available. The staff is super helpful and friendly. If you have a question they will be more than happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

“I ordered the wrong size sweaters online and needed to exchange them. Hannah greeted me when I walked in and helped me with everything! I got to try on the next size, which was a perfect fit. She found exact matches for 2 items and ordered the third, as it wasn't in stock at this particular store. She was very fast and friendly. The other associate was also nice, and the store was clean and organized. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks for such a pleasant shopping experience!”
“Needed black socks for a black casual dress code for an upcoming JJC Chorale performance, so I came here to buy some socks, but was struggling to find anything that was my size because everything appeared to be grouped 5 to 7 or 8 to 10 or something. One of the employees helped me find the appropriately sized socks that was buried in there and might have been the very last one in stock. I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and polite. I even told the cashier so as I was checking out. Safe to say I had a smile on my face walking out the door and will definitely consider returning as a customer in the future.”
